      Code Compliance cases are normally heard in General District Court on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month
      at 2:00 p.m.
      at the
      General District Courthouse
      315 Church Ave SW
      Roanoke, VA 24011

      The 2008 meeting dates are as follows:
        January 3 and January 17, 2008
        February 7 and February 21, 2008
        March 6 and March 20, 2008
        April 3 and April 17, 2008
        May 1 and May 15, 2008
        June 5 and June 19, 2008
        July 3 and July 17, 2007
        August 7 and August 21, 2008
        September 4 and September 18, 2008
        October 2 and October 16, 2008
        November 6 and November 20, 2008
        December 4 and December 18 , 2008

The Roanoke General District Court's docket may be accessed through the following website. Once there, following the links:
  • click 'General District Case Information' button located under 'Related Links'
  • click 'Begin' button after highlighting and inserting 'Roanoke City General District (Prepayable)' in box/window
  • click 'Continue' after highlighting 'Criminal'
  • indicate the date and enter the starting time (0200pm) of the docket you desire
  • clicking the 'Search By Hearing Date' button
will retrieve the desired date's court docket. (Note that last minute changes to the docket may not be indicated.)
