Information Technology Strategic Plan
The Director of Technology is responsible for the overall management of Information Technology resources. The Department of Technology (DoT) manages the technology projects and resources throughout the city. An Information Technology Committee (ITC) was formed by the City Manager to provide oversight of IT investments and make decisions on the priorities for the City. The ITC meets monthly and reviews on-going project status and provides budget recommendations for new IT initiatives. The ITC is charged with the responsibility of developing a long-range technology plan and a governance process for the organization. The plan is updated quarterly.
