Management and Budget
City Council approved execution of a contract effective March 29, 2002. Pursuant to the City of Roanoke authorizing Randall Funding and Development, Inc. to author grants valued at $3.5 million or more, a guaranteed $1 million of new funding opportunities will be generated on the city's behalf. This endeavor was successful and two subsequent one year renewal contracts were executed.
Currently, a new contract has been executed encompassing similar services for a one year period with renewal provisions included. An additional service, the Randalocator Grant Search Engine and Management Tool is available for use by departmental contacts.
