The City of Roanoke Treasurer's Office is committed to providing quality service to the citizens and to maintaining highest accountability of local and state revenue collections.

Responsibility

Collection of all taxes and revenues for the City, Cash Management, and State Tax Collection.

2012 Personal Property Taxes have been issued and are due on or before May 31, 2012.

Dog tags are required for all dogs residing within the City limits and are available for purchase in the City Treasurer's Office.

The Treasurer's Office now accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover at all teller stations. A 2.75% convenience fee is applied to all tax payments.
