Technical Support: responsible for managing and supporting host computer systems, servers, the local and wide-area enterprise network and wireless access serving the downtown complex and remote facilities. This division is also responsible for network security.
Application Support: provides comprehensive services in the deployment of new application systems, support and enhancement of existing business systems, process re-engineering, contract management and day-to-day problem identification and resolution.
eGovernment: researches and evaluates emerging technologies to develop a strategy for deployment of major information technology initiatives throughout the City.
Operations Support: responsible for the day-to-day operations of enterprise facilities including all batch production work, backups, as well as all paper peripheral processing. Operations is also responsible for contingency planning and disaster recovery.
Geographic Information Systems (GIS): provides geographic information to citizens and staff through the Internet, Desktop Applications, Databases and Mapping products. GIS is being used to enhance existing business systems by providing an easy way to view data according to geographic location.
