ETHICS IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT
The provisions of sections 2.2 - 4367 through 2.2 - 4377, Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, relating to ethics in public procurement shall apply to all procurement of this city. Willful violation of any provision of any of the above-referenced sections shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor. In case of conviction therefor of any city employee, in addition to any other fine or penalty provided by law, such employee shall forfeit his employment.
