All bids, proposals and qualifications must be received and time stamped in the Purchasing Division Office, Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building, Room 202, 215 Church Avenue SW, Roanoke, VA 24011 prior to 2:00 p.m., based on the time clock in the Purchasing office. Electronic, facsimile or verbal submittals are not acceptable. Bids and proposals are opened at 2:00 p.m. EST on the Open Date listed for each bid, proposal or qualification.

Advertisements for formal bids (greater than $50,000) and Request for Proposals ( greater than $30,000) are printed in the legal section of the Roanoke Times newspaper, Roanoke, Virginia.
