| Memo | A state of the art printing facility consists of a 14,400 sq. ft. manufacturing building on a 1.69+/- acre level lot located within the Virginia Enterprise Zone, making it eligible for various tax incentives. The original 10,400 sq.ft. building was built in 1998. A 4,000 sq. ft. addition was completed in 2002. The building will be sold with all office furnishings.
