Planning Commission:  Results of January 11, 2016, Public Hearing


Application by 2123 Crystal Spring, LLC, to repeal conditions proffered as part of a rezoning at 2123 Crystal Spring Avenue, S.W., bearing Official Tax No. 1050514--Planning Commission recommended approval, 6-0.

Application by JETR, LLC, to rezone the property and amend the conditions proffered as part of a previous rezoning at 2121 Dale Avenue, S.E., a portion of 2125 Dale Avenue, S.E., and a portion of 2137 Dale Avenue, S.E., bearing Official Tax Nos. 4311204, 4311209, and 4311206, respectively--Planning Commission recommended approval, 6-0

City Council will hold public hearings on the aforesaid applications and requests on January 19, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as the matters may be heard.
