Utility Billing Office To Move

The Western Virginia Water Authority administrative offices and Utility Billing Office will move to the Water Authority's new headquarters at 601 S. Jefferson Street (Coulter Building) at the corner of Franklin and Jefferson in downtown Roanoke in early May. The Utility Billing Office will open for business at this location on May 3, 2005.

This address is along a Valley Metro bus route, and free parking is available in front of the building on Jefferson Street, along adjacent streets and in the Allright lot behind the building on Franklin. The Utility Billing Offices in the Roanoke County Administration Center at 5204 Bernard Drive and in the City of Roanoke's Noel C. Taylor Municipal Building will be closed after May 3. Drop boxes for bill payment, however, will still be located at the County Administration Center and along Church Avenue across from the Municipal Building; a drop box will also be located in front of the new headquarters.
