Building Maintenance - performs preventative maintenance for City-owned Facilities such as Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC Systems.
* Perform structural/preventative maintenance to Parks & Recreation Centers , Rest-rooms, Athletic Field Lighting and also provide event support for various functions, such as Festival in the Park, First Fridays, holiday tree lighting and parade, Local Colors.
* Prepare specifications for the sole purpose of monitoring contract vendor services such as:
*Major structural repairs i.e. roofing
*Repairs major equipment i.e. elevators
*Fire and Security Systems.
*Outside contract Cleaning for Recreations Centers
Custodial Maintenance
* Conducts daily Janitorial cleaning and maintenance Services for various City Facilities; . | |
Operation Lights out Facilities Management is currently in the process of re-lamping the City Facilities to meet the Go Green Goal
