Trespass Bar Program
The Trespass Bar Program is designed primarily to assist property owners/managers of apartment complexes, duplexes, other rental property, and businesses in enforcing trespassing laws. Participation in the program allows police officers to enforce trespassing on private property when owners/managers are not present, i.e. after regular business hours. The program is voluntary and free of charge. Owners/managers must post their property with conspicuous No Trespassing signs at the points of access and egress. The Police Department does not provide signage. If you are a property owner interested in this program click on the link below, and print and complete the form in the attached link. You must then contact your Zone Lieutenant or Community Resource Officer to complete the process. Contact the appropriate Zone Lieutenant or Community Resource Officer based on where your property is located.
