In 120 words or less, please describe the motivation behind the renovation and how it was accomplished. Houses must be at least thirty years old. Renovations must have been completed within the past five years. Project submissions must be of a Virginia residence within 60 miles of Roanoke, VA. Home renovations that honor the spirit of Renovate Roanoke, to give homeowners a practical perspective towards historic preservation and renovation, will be judged on their artistic merit and creativity.
