New Intake Process for Comprehensive / Subdivision
Site Plans and Subdivision Plats
Effective April 1, 2008, intake for Comprehensive Development Plans, Subdivision Site Plans, and Subdivision Plats will be through the Development Assistance Center (DAC), (540) 853-1090. This applies to initial submittals and resubmittals. A complete submittal package consisting of the following is required for initial intake:
Comprehensive/Subdivision Site Plans
10 folded sets of Site Plans including all plan sheets listed below.
Site Dimensional Plan.
Grading/SWM Plan.
Erosion and Sediment Control Plan.
Landscaping Plan.
Lighting Plan.
2 copies of the SWM Calculations.
2 copies of the Erosion and Sediment Control Narrative.
A completed application. All fields on the application must be completed, including applicant and owner email address.
Subdivision Plats
10 folded Plats.
Closure Computations.
A completed application. All fields on the applications must be completed, including applicant and owner email address.
It is important that a complete set of plans be submitted so our office can perform a complete review. All of the above required elements must be submitted in order for the plans to be accepted for review.
All resubmittals need to address all review comments and be accompanied by a resubmittal form. Both the initial application and resubmittal form can be found on our website.
