H-2 Historic District Guidelines
The H-2 district is spread among four neighborhoods in Roanoke, and as such is comprised predominantly of residential structures. The guidelines were approved by the Architectural Review Board in September 2007 and endorsed by City Council in November 2007. To verify if your property is in the H-2 district, search Roanoke's Geographic Information System (GIS) web page.
