MEMORIAL DAY HOURS: The Box Office will be closed on Monday, May 27 in respect of Memorial Day.

The Box Office is located on the East end of the Coliseum, facing Williamson Road.

The Roanoke Civic Center Box Office accepts the following forms of payment: CASH; VISA; DISCOVER; MASTERCARD; AMEX. All credit card purchases require a matching photo ID to the ticket buyer and credit card.

Will Call:
Will call orders may be picked up at any time during normal business hours. (Certain shows may not allow pick-up until the day of the performance) A photo id and the credit card used to purchase the ticket is required.

Group Sales:
Groups are available for certain shows.

General Rules:
Children under the age of two get in free with a paying adult and do not require a ticket, unless otherwise specified.
Additional fees and charges may apply for all phone and Internet orders.
Please be advised that there are no refunds or exchanges.
If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed at point of purchase.

Parking:
Parking is available onsite and (if necessary) at the Elmwood Garage, located at 201 Tazewell Ave with complimentary shuttle service. Accessible parking is located in Lot B. For major and multiple events (ie when we have multiple events going on at the same time) there will be a $5 parking fee. Please check the show's individual event listing for additional information.
