The Roanoke Civic Center accepts the following forms of payment: CASH; VISA; DISCOVER; MASTERCARD; AMEX. All credit card purchases require a matching photo ID to the purchaser and credit card.

Children under the age of two get in free with a paying adult and do not require a ticket, unless otherwise specified. For major event on sales, a lottery system may be used for ticket sales at the Ticket Office. Check the event listing for details. Please be advised that there are no refunds or exchanges. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed at point of purchase.
