Missing Persons
Suzanne Marie Ryan Patsel
 The Roanoke Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. Suzanne Marie Ryan Patsel, age 43 of Roanoke, was reported missing on September 14, 2008. She was scheduled to meet family members on that date at approximately 1 p.m., but never showed up. Family members say Ms. Patsel is suffering from a mental disorder. She is described as a white female, five feet five inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should call 911 immediately.
Tammy Akers
Tammy Akers has been missing since February 8, 1977. She was last seen hitchhiking to Florida with her friend Angela Rader. The photos above show Tammy as she looked in 1977, and how she might look today.
