New functionality has been added to the Real Estate GIS site
You can now view scanned Maps and Plans for each parcel by clicking on "View Engineering Maps & Plans" in the Parcel Detail. Three additional buttons have been added on the SALE/TRANSFER HISTORY section.
- "Transfer History" provides more detailed transfer information and replaces the deed cards.
- The "Comments" link provides comments recorded on the property transfers including Map Book references and other comments.
- The "Deed Cards" link displayed a scanned image of the transfer recordings on the Deed Cards before December 31, 2006.
