The City of Roanoke E-911 Center is dedicated to providing excellent service through partnerships with the community we serve.
Your feedback, both positive and negative, allows us to examine and evaluate our performance as a public safety communications agency. Your opinions are valuable.
As a means of maintaining City of Roanoke’s E-911 Center performance and Community Relations, our agency:
Encourages citizens to recommend improvements in our service delivery
Encourages commendations, complaints and/or questions about the E-911 Center’s performance or actions of its members and employees
Commendations:
There is no greater form of recognition for a Public Safety Dispatcher than to receive a compliment from someone whose life they have touched and made better. We welcome the commendations of 9-1-1 Center personnel who admirably perform their duties. We encourage commendations and or questions about the 9-1-1 Center’s performance or actions of its members and employees.

It is the goal of the City of Roanoke’s E-911 Center to investigate all complaints regarding our performance while ensuring confidentiality for both the complainant and the subject of the complaint
PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING A COMMENDATION, COMPLAINT, OR INQUIRY
At any time, you may contact the on-duty 9-1-1 Center Supervisor by calling 540-853-2411.
