HUD Community Resources
The City of Roanoke, Virginia is one of hundreds of localities across the nation that receives funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) programs. Among the responsibilities that attend the receipt of these funds, the City is required to submit to HUD a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), documenting activities undertaken and funds used during the reporting period. This most recent CAPER covers the reporting period from July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007.
