The City of Roanoke CSA will assist at-risk children and their families in providing services to:
1. Preserve and strengthen families;
2. Identify at-risk children and their families;
3. Identify needs and help families as early as possible;
4. Provide services in the least restrictive setting possible;
5. Design services to meet the specific needs of children and youth;
6. Increase interagency collaboration and family involvement;
7. Encourage public and private partnerships.
