Annual Legislative Program
Each year, Roanoke City Council and the Roanoke City School Board adopt a legislative program that includes:
- Legislation requested from the Virginia General Assembly and the United States Congress
- Legislative priorities
- Legislation that the city and the schools would support
- Policy positions on public issues
