Application Packages for 2010 - 2011 CDBG, HOME AND ESG Funding
The following application packages, which are in MS Word format, provide the guidelines, instructions and forms that applicants must submit to request 2010-2011 CDBG, HOME or ESG funds from the City of Roanoke. The ESG package is for homeless shelter maintenance and operation funding. The Human Services package is for health, education or other human development services funding (e.g. family counseling services; teen pregnancy prevention). The Community Development package is for housing, neighborhood or economic development funding. Applications for 2010-2011 funding are due on January 11,2010. Funds awarded to selected programs and projects are for the period beginning July 1, 2010.
