SERVICE LEVELS
Daily
- Empty all trash cans and replace can liners, as needed.
- Vacuum traffic lanes in carpeted areas and spot clean to remove stains, when required.
- Vacuum all door mats.
- For tiled floors, sweep with treated dust mop and damp mop spills.
- Damp mop all kitchen areas.
- For wood floors, sweep with treated dust mop and damp mop spills.
- Remove cobwebs from corners.
- For restrooms, clean and sanitize all fixtures, damp mop floors, clean stall partitions and mirrors when required, spot clean walls when required, and restock all paper dispensers.
- Spot clean restrooms during the day.
- Sweep interior stairs and landings.
- Clean and polish water fountains.
- Clean interior door glass.
- Remove smudges and finger or hand prints from doors and door frames.
- Replace burned out light tubes and bulbs.
Bi-Weekly
- Sweep, damp mop and spray buff tile floors.
- Machine scrub and refinish all restroom floors.
- Wash and sanitize walls in restrooms.
- Dust open horizontal surfaces
- Dust blinds and heat and air-conditioning vents.
Semi-Annually
- Scrub and refinish all resilient tile and wood floors.
- Clean all carpets and treat with anti-soil agents.
- Dust vertical surfaces.
