Criminal Division
 The Criminal Division of the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court is responsible for creating and maintaining records on all criminal cases heard in the circuit court of the city of Roanoke.
The Criminal Division accepts payment for criminal fines by cash, personal check, certified check, VISA or MasterCard.
Criminal cases are fully searchable online and in the public records room of Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court on the third floor of the Roanoke City Courthouse.
