CRIME DETAILS:
During the early morning hours on May 27, 1989, Thomas M. Paige, Jr. was attending a party in an apartment in the 2300 block of Staunton Avenue. Mr. Paige opened fire, killing two females and wounding another female and a male.

CRIME DETAILS:
On May 30, 1999 Roanoke Police responded to a vehicle accident call involving a pedestrian in the 1500 block of Eastern Avenue. A 32-year-old Northwest Roanoke woman had been struck by a car. The victim was transported to Roanoke Memorial Hospital where she died two weeks later. The physical evidence and investigation revealed that Nolasco hit the woman with his car.



MARCELLA GAIL MARTIN

Marcella Gail Martin (AKA:  Marcella Gayle, Martin Gayle, Gayle Martin, Gail Martin) is wanted for the 2004 stabbing death of 52-year-old Lonnie Marsh.  Mr. Marsh’s body was found on December 20, 2004 in a room at the American Motel, which is located in the 4600 block of Williamson Road.
