The Valley Bookfest, the Roanoke Valley's public literary festival, offers readers of all ages the opportunity to celebrate the writing of emerging and published writers from the Virginia area in a two day celebration of readings, “meet-the-author opportunities”, and book signings. The festival program features children’s and young adult literature, fiction, nonfiction, and poetry.
