Reserve a Meeting Room


Need a Meeting Room for Your Organization?

Use the Library's Online Room Reservation System!

The Roanoke Public Libraries have 15 meeting rooms available for public or private nonprofit civic, charitable, cultural, educational or intellectual organizations.

After you submit the request, you will receive an email stating the request is pending. Library staff will review the request and you will receive an email when the the room request has been processed.

Need to cancel an existing room request? Either call the library or simply cancel online using your confirmation number.

Need to schedule a room with 72 hours or less notice? Please call the library location.

Please review the facility use policy prior to submitting a room request.

The Main Library's Reading Porch has a separate Use and Reservation Policy. Please refer to this policy when requesting a reservation.
