The renovation of the 400 block of Day Ave, known as Miller's Hill, is a partnership between Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority, The City of Roanoke, Hill Studio, Breakell Inc., and lenders (VHDA, FNB Corp, First Citizens and BB&T). Together the partners have transformed existing properites back into single-family homes.
Located on Day Avenue just steps away from the YMCA and Jefferson Center and walkable to the Historic Market District, this project appeals to those who want the convenience and excitement of downtown, but don't want to give up the amenities of a single-family home.
