When Do I Need A Permit?
Buildings Inspections is divided into two sections:
Applications & Review Services headed by Bane Compton. Bane is responsible for coordinating permit applications with the Development Assistance Center and overseeing the building plan review process.
Inspections & Field Services is managed by Neil
Holland, CBO, Deputy Building Commissioner. Neil is
responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our
field inspectors, resolving any issues that arise in the
course of field inspections and coordinating with our
plan review staff when needed.
